FAQs

Does ReSmart do business recycling?

Yes: businesses choose an Office Pack or a Commercial Pack, a bin plus a year of Pickups every 4 weeks, fortnightly or weekly. For bigger loads, we quote large-scale collections.

Which service is right for us?
  • Office Pack: a 60L bin for offices. Mix your hard-to-recycle items in one bin, no sorting needed.
  • Commercial Pack: a 240L bin for one waste stream: packaging (soft plastics, cardboard, polystyrene), e-waste or textiles.
  • Large-scale waste: bulky items and large loads, like pallet wrap, polystyrene, uniforms or an office clear-out, one-off or recurring, with a quote made for you.
How much does it cost?
  • Office Pack: from $599 + GST a year (13 Pickups, every 4 weeks).
  • Commercial Pack: from $929 + GST a year paid upfront, or $92.90 + GST a month.
  • Large-scale waste: a quote based on your materials, volume and site.

A payment processing fee applies to card payments (1.35% + $0.15).

Is there a lock-in contract?

A pack covers 12 months of Pickups, starting from your first collection. Paid upfront, it can’t be refunded once your bin has shipped. Paying a Commercial Pack monthly has a 3-month minimum; after that, email business@resmart.co to cancel. Large-scale collections can be one-off, with no plan at all.

Do you collect in our area?

We collect from businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Hobart, plus regional NSW and Queensland, from Newcastle and Wollongong to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. See every area we cover. Somewhere else? Email business@resmart.co.

What can we recycle?

We collect everything, as long as it’s not wet, organic or dangerous: soft plastics, e-waste, textiles, polystyrene, batteries, coffee pods, pens and much more. The Office Pack bin takes it all mixed; the Commercial Pack bin takes the one stream you chose. Not sure about an item? Search it.

Can we have more than one bin or site?

Yes. Each pack is one bin, so take one pack per bin or waste stream, at as many sites as you need. All your sites show in one Data Dashboard.

What reporting do we get for our sustainability reports?

Every Pickup is weighed. Your Data Dashboard shows what we collected by site and item type, and what was recovered or went to landfill. Export it as CSV or PDF for any date range, and ask us to switch on certificates from the recycling facilities. CO₂ and water savings are estimates.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes: email business@resmart.co with your first and last name, phone number, email address, business name, business address and ABN.

Can you help get our team on board?

Yes. Every pack comes with bin signage, posters, an onboarding guide and content to share. We can also run a lunch-and-learn session for your team: email business@resmart.co.
